Harvey to Kirup

This section of the Darling Scarp is a 4WD playground, ideal for day and weekend trips.

The first option, Yukon Loop, is a deceptively difficult drive, particularly after rain.

The iconic Brunswick Hills throw up some great challenges. None bigger than Bobs Hill. Tackle it at your own risk.

Next item on the menu is the well known Lennard Track, followed by a tour through the beautiful Ferguson Valley along Henty Road, returning to the line of the Scarp at Pile Road to tackle a short but interesting drive along some powerlines. The forest adventure  continues with the Ferguson Valley Loop and the Corbett Road Loop.

Wellington Dam (off track) provides numerous opportunities for inspection by 4WD.

The Main Route of Drive Darling Scarp passes through the quaint and quirky Gnomesville. Leaving the beautiful Ferguson Valley the route of Drive Darling Scarp heads south towards Kirup, a small town known for its horticulture and orchards but famed for Kirup Syrup, a locally produced ‘rough red’.
