Although this developed and popular tourist drive is designed to be easily traversed by 2WD vehicles it is worthy of inclusion here because it includes all the the local highlights in one package.
Some of these highlights are the Gloucester Tree, the Cascades, Beedelup Falls, and Big Brook Dam.
The Drive winds through magnificent forest where Eucalyptus diversicolor typically grows to 60 metres with some exemplars recorded at more than 80 metres.
Note that although the Karri Forest Explorer Drive can be joined anywhere, it is directional.
